Our services
STORM WATER CONCRETE PITS
If you're seeking stormwater concrete pits, here's a quick overview of our process. Our pits effectively manage and store excess rainwater runoff.
We start by creating formwork using plywood to outline the pit's shape and dimensions, assembling it into a mold that defines the pit's depth and size.
Then, we place steel reinforcement bars (rebar) within the mold to enhance concrete strength. The rebar is arranged in a grid pattern and secured together for stability, allowing the structure to withstand pressure from earth and water.
Once the formwork and reinforcement are set, we pour concrete into the mold. After curing, we carefully remove the form ply, resulting in a durable pit for optimal stormwater management.
KERB & GUTTERS
Our hand-placed kerb and gutter system is an essential component of road construction, featuring a raised kerb alongside a well-designed gutter.
